Rutherford Garage Expansion

The Rutherford Garage Expansion is a 6,000 sf renovation and 5,500 sf addition to the vehicular maintenance building for the Regional Municipality of York. The interior work involved adding additional service bays for the Region’s truck fleet. The exterior façade features new white and blue brick with aluminum cladding along the top of the building. The project included site works like additional parking, along with a 2,000 sf prefabricated storage facility for various road maintenance tools.
