This 16,000 sf project located in a Bay St. office tower involved the design of several new “state of the art” electronic hearing rooms of varying sizes for the Tribunal. A very high degree of “best practice” accessibility features were included in the design which surpassed OBC and ODA requirements. The project included the design of specialty hearing room furniture and it also involved the total fit-up of the space with all new finishes and systems.
