The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Toronto Office is a 3,600 sf interior office fit-up for 29 occupants. The renovations include a new kitchen, break-out room, phone room, private offices, height-adjustable hoteling stations, workstations, IT room and an executive boardroom. The interior finishes feature new carpet tile, wood laminate furniture, Caesarstone solid surface countertop, wood laminate millwork, dry-erase paint, glass tile backsplash, wood laminate flooring and PC 350 aluminum frame glazing partitions. The space is equipped with a sound masking system for increased performance in acoustic attenuation. All meeting spaces are fully outfitted with audio visual technology including video conferencing capabilities, 60” interactive touch-screen visual displays, VGA/Audio/HDMI plug-in capabilities, integrated ceiling-mounted microphone system, HD camera with Skype opportunities and a 15” touch panel controls system.
